BANAR Software Solutions (بنار للحلول البرمجية) is a Dubai-based enterprise software company that designs and builds custom management systems for businesses and legal institutions across the UAE, and develops MOHKAM, a practice management platform for law firms.
What we do
- Custom enterprise systems
Business management software, secure financial engines, high-performance databases and API integration, built on C# and .NET.
- The MOHKAM platform
Our cloud platform for UAE law firms and legal consultancies: hearing rolls, expert proceedings, billing with 5% VAT, cheques and appeal deadlines, enforcement, and a lawyer-supervised AI drafting assistant.
- Cloud infrastructure & security
High-availability deployment, per-client data isolation, and encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), in ISO 27001-compliant data centres.

- We start from the client's real workflow before writing a line of code.
- We design in Arabic and English from day one, not as a later translation.
- We build security and data protection into the design itself.

Founder
Bassem Alnader
Founder & Lead Developer
Bassem Alnader studied programming in Syria, then worked in software development in the UAE as a freelance developer, building private platforms for a number of companies.
Alongside software, he has worked in the legal field, so he knows from the inside how cases, hearings, deadlines and accounts are run in law firms.
He founded BANAR to solve problems other development companies could not, because they were too far from the details of the local market. MOHKAM grew out of that combined experience in software and legal work. BANAR is wholly owned by its founder.
